Vision Scope Application Form
- Fax or email through loan application, complete with signed privacy consent form and all the required items, which are listed on the “Application Checklist”
- Ensure you have attached your company letter head to the front of the application, noting the fee that you want us to collect for you.
- When we receive your application, you will receive a courtesy call from one of our team to acknowledge that we have received it and are starting work on it right away.
- Within 2 working hours (you will receive an answer, and if approved, you will receive the letter of offer straight away.
- Once the letter of offer is faxed back to us and all conditions are met, we will finalize the due diligence and instruct our solicitors to prepare the loan contracts.
- The loan contracts will be emailed to your clients nominated solicitor. (we will notify you of this, so you can notify your client)
- Once your client has signed the contracts in the presence of their solicitor, the loan contracts need to be dropped back to our legal office in that state. (Please ask your client to notify your office or our office when this occurs, so we can follow up with our lawyers)
- Once in receipt of the loan contracts back, we will settle the loan. Our staff will call you to advise that settlement has taken place.
